The Rocky Coast Run

The entire Maine Seacoast!

300 Miles Down the Maine Coast

This adventure was a unique challenge to support those suffering with MS & their caretakers. I started June 5th, 2022 and ran the entire length of the Maine Seacoast. The run started at the northernmost point, The Lubec lighthouse, and ended 313 miles- 10d 4h 18m later at the southernmost point, Fort Foster. As a metaphor for living with this terrible disease, I pushed all of my own gear in a running stroller. Here’s the gear list

Nearly one million people live with multiple sclerosis in the US. Over the past 75 years, the National MS Society has been the driving force for progress and paved the way for nearly all the treatment options available today—but, they’re not finished yet. The Society is determined to be a lifelong partner and resource for every person affected by MS—those diagnosed with the disease and their loved ones—and to ultimately find a cure.

The money I raise through my DIY fundraiser will help fund MS research, programs and services so that people affected by MS can live their best lives.

Please help me create a world free of MS.
